THIS GUARANTEE is your safeguard against faulty materials, corrosion and paint separation for a period of ten (10) years on all aluminium tubular powder coated fencing panels, posts and gates in our premium range.
If during the period of one (1) year from date of installation or supply of the product a defect is discovered which is not due to any misuse or abuse ,and written notice therefore is given within that period the defective fencing will be replaced free of charge.
If any such defect is discovered after one (1) year but before ten (10) years from date of installation or supply and written notice therefore is given within that period the defective fencing will be replaced if so requested by the customer, however the customer will be required to contribute ten (10) per cent of the cost of such replacement for each year which has expired since the installation or supply of the products.
Please note this guarantee does not cover the effect on your powder coated surface of ultra violet rays, chemicals or unused adverse weather conditions. All fittings on your fencing not manufactured by this company are guaranteed for twelve(12j months by the respective manufacturers of those products.
